There were a number of Rhinella marina in this small flooded roadside ditch. They were clearly interacting with each other making strange partial calls. I think some of these sounds may be release calls of one male contacting another. They were very actively swimming around and there were 8-9 toads in this pool which was probably 3 meters by 1 meter and overgrown with vegetation.
The muscial "bonk-bonk-bonk" you hear above the toad's growls and trills is Limnodynastes convexiusculus. In the second recording, the "reeeh, reeeeh" that starts about halfway through is Litoria rubella.
