I had this snake recorded as Leptophis santamartensis, but apparently now that's considered a junior synonym of Leptophis ahaetulla occidentalis. If this really is L. ahaetulla, it's the greyest and least robust individual I've ever seen. I can see why they thought it was a different species. Any comments would be appreciated!
